Overlook at Parkside at Errol Estates is a covenant protected condominium community consisting of 177 homes in a well maintained gated community located just minutes from shopping, schools, restaurants, a new hospital and the 429 Expressway.
The board of directors shares a few essential goals—preserving the nature and character of the community, providing services and amenities to residents, and protecting property value.

Cable & Internet Service
Basic cable and internet are included in your monthly assessments, if you would like additional services provided you will pay for that. To get your new account set up or for any question contact Spectrum at 1-855-222-0102.
Gate Instructions
Email you manager with your name, address and phone number, at that time the manager will contact the gate company to have you added to the gate. If you are a tenant, the manager needs a copy of your lease on file or your name will not be entered into the gate.
Remotes cost $40.00
Pedestrian Gate key $10.00
Pool Gate Key $10.00
Checks should be made out to Overlook at Parkside, mailed to (address below) be sure to include your address on the check and a note with what you are requesting.

Maintenance Emergency Contact
During business hours call Joe Paladino 407-788-6700 extension 51209, after business hours contact Sentry 407-788-6700 and follow the prompts.
Water Meters
The black boxes with your street and unit number is the water meter which is owned and maintained by the utility company. These are wired to an electronic system so that they can be read remotely by the utility company.
The green boxes contain your backflow preventer valves. This is owned and maintained by the property owner. There is a PVC pipe that connects with this valve which is prone to cracking. If you believe there may be a leak of some kind this is a likely source and a plumber should be contacted. Please consider proactively inspecting these valves.
Spectrum Cable
Spectrum contract – you are entitled to one HD box and two adapters for basic channels-3 pieces, this is per Overlooks contract with Spectrum. The modem and router is an additional cost to the owners. If you have any issues when speaking with a spectrum person ask to speak with a supervisor.
Trash & Recycling
Please refer to Apopka.net for trash and recycling rules. Recycling is only every other Wednesday. Trash containers may not be put out any sooner than 7:00pm the day prior to pickup.
